This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the use of the Seamline platform and services (“Service”) operated by Digital Nexus Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Digital Nexus,” “Seamline,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This AUP forms part of the Seamline Terms of Service.
1. Purpose
Seamline provides software infrastructure for businesses to manage custom apparel workflows, including customer data, design files, production management, and team store operations.
To protect the integrity, security, and reliability of the Service, all users must comply with this Acceptable Use Policy.
2. General Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Service to:
- violate any applicable law or regulation
- infringe the intellectual property rights of others
- upload unauthorized or stolen content
- engage in fraud or deceptive practices
- impersonate another person or entity
- transmit harmful or malicious content
3. Intellectual Property Violations
You may not upload, store, or distribute content that:
- infringes copyrights
- infringes trademarks
- violates licensing agreements
- uses logos or designs without authorization
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use uploaded content.
Seamline is not responsible for verifying ownership of uploaded content.
4. Illegal or Harmful Content
You may not use the Service to upload, store, or distribute content that is:
- illegal
- abusive
- threatening
- harassing
- defamatory
- obscene
- harmful
Seamline reserves the right to remove such content.
5. Platform Abuse and Security Violations
You may not:
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- access accounts or data belonging to others without permission
- bypass authentication or security controls
- exploit vulnerabilities
- perform penetration testing without written authorization
6. System Interference
You may not:
- interfere with or disrupt Service operation
- overload system infrastructure
- introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code
- use automated systems to abuse or overload the platform
7. Payment and Financial Misuse
You may not use the Service to:
- conduct fraudulent transactions
- engage in payment fraud
- abuse payment systems
- evade payment obligations
Payment processing is handled by Stripe, and violations may also result in Stripe enforcement actions.
8. Unauthorized Automation and Scraping
You may not:
- scrape platform data without permission
- use bots to extract data improperly
- perform automated actions intended to harm platform performance
Authorized integrations are permitted.
9. Account Sharing and Unauthorized Access
You may not:
- share accounts in violation of subscription limits
- allow unauthorized users to access the Service
- resell access without permission
Workspace owners are responsible for managing authorized users.
10. Customer Responsibility for Content
Customers are solely responsible for:
- content they upload
- customer data they store
- design files they manage
- business operations conducted using the Service
Seamline does not control customer content.
11. Enforcement and Violations
Seamline reserves the right to:
- investigate violations
- remove violating content
- suspend accounts
- terminate accounts
- report illegal activity to authorities

Violations may be reported to: support@seamline.pro
We will investigate reports promptly.
13. No Liability for User Content
Seamline is not responsible for content uploaded by users.
Users are solely responsible for their content and actions.
14. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updates.
